Website information and inquiries

The website describes our services, approach and experience. Its content and Marketing Readiness Assessment provide general information and directional guidance. They do not guarantee business, revenue or marketing results. An assessment result, inquiry or preliminary conversation does not create a client engagement or require either party to proceed. Paid services, scope, fees, responsibilities, approvals and deliverables are established in a separate written agreement.

Responsible use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or submit material you have no right to share. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive or confidential material in the inquiry form. Share only information needed for an initial business discussion.

Website materials are owned by Zero Urgency or their respective rights holders. You may view and use them for evaluating our services; other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names, marks and examples remain the property of their owners. Prior experience is attributed as stated with the relevant example and does not imply that a former employer or its brand was a Zero Urgency client.

Third-party services and privacy

Shopify hosts this website and processes visit and interaction information. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; Shopify's enhanced services can incorporate interactions with this website, other merchants and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers, which may operate in other countries. HubSpot supports inquiry submission and records, and our business email provider handles correspondence. Links to external websites and the alternate hosted form lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not promise their availability or endorse all their content.

Availability and changes
