Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Zero Urgency LLC is a marketing consultancy based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit zerourgency.com, use our Marketing Readiness Assessment, or contact us about services. Contact us at privacy@zerourgency.com about privacy or your information.

Information we collect

When you inquire about services, we collect your email address and any name, phone number, message and business context you choose to provide. We also receive information in subsequent correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive or confidential material through the inquiry form.

Website visits provide our hosting and technology providers with connection and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referrer, timing and identifiers associated with cookies or similar technologies. The purposes and available choices are described below.

The Marketing Readiness Assessment calculates a directional result in your browser. Its current assessment component does not send your answers or result to our CRM or save them in browser storage. Ordinary website-visit processing still applies. Sending an inquiry is a separate action.

Why we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your needs, discuss potential services and maintain related correspondence. We use connection information to deliver and secure the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent misuse. Optional preferences, analytics and advertising technologies are subject to your choices as described below. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where a legal basis is required, responding to an inquiry may involve steps you request before a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Necessary website operation and security may involve our legitimate interests; optional technologies use consent where required. We also process information to meet legal obligations and protect legal rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.

Providers and sharing

Shopify hosts this website. HubSpot receives information when you submit the inquiry form and supports our inquiry records. Our business email provider, Google Workspace, handles correspondence and inquiry notifications. Where company records are created, HubSpot may supplement company-name information through its enrichment services. Authorized people supporting these activities may access information as needed for their work. A link to the alternate form opens a HubSpot-hosted page; external websites have their own privacy practices.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify processes website interactions and uses information from interactions with this site, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising-related services. These activities may be considered sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may operate in other countries. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify's processing and rights routes.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, with your direction, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Cookies and privacy choices

Necessary technologies support website operation and security. Optional technologies support preferences, analytics and personalized advertising. Use the cookie banner to Accept, Decline or Manage preferences, and use Cookie preferences in the footer to revisit your choice. Declining optional categories does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.

Use Your privacy choices to opt out of browser-based sale, sharing and targeted advertising, including applicable Shopify Network Intelligence advertising uses. We honor Global Privacy Control for those uses. Browser choices apply to the browser/device used; repeat them on other browsers/devices as needed. Contact privacy@zerourgency.com for requests involving information linked to your email or other business records. Shopify's privacy portal also provides choices for Shopify's own processing. A browser opt-out does not automatically identify all records in our CRM or email.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information while discussing or providing services and as needed for related administration, legal obligations or disputes. We review inactive, unconverted inquiries after 12 months without substantive contact and remove information no longer needed, including corresponding CRM and mailbox copies where available. Client, contractual and legally required records may need longer retention. We retain limited request-handling records to document responses and minimal suppression information where needed to respect an opt-out. Provider-controlled logs and backups follow provider retention and deletion processes.

We use access restrictions and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and requests

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. To make a request, contact privacy@zerourgency.com. We may ask for information proportionate to verifying your identity and authority, without requesting unnecessary sensitive identifiers. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate authorization. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted limitation or refusal. You may ask us to review a decision and may have the right to complain to a relevant regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

International processing, children and updates

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, we use applicable contractual or other recognized safeguards; contact us for details relevant to your information. The website is intended for business decision-makers, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or practices. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice where required.
